CANCELLATIONS:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide
us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will
make it possible for our office to give your appointment to another patient
who needs to see Valley Dental Center.
 DENTAL
INSURANCE PLANS:
Our office participates with most dental insurance plans. We
wish our patients to know that all professional services rendered are charged
directly to the patient, and that the patient is personally responsible
for payment of our fees. We will prepare and submit all insurance
forms or reports for you.
Our office staff will extend a 10% courtesy
discount for payment, in full, at the time of the service.
